“God crashed into my life my freshman year of college, after growing up in church my entire life. The praise songs I had sung and the head knowledge I had learned finally found ultimate meaning as encountered His Presence like never before. Having lost my faith over disillusionment and love of sin in 2020, I decided that I needed to figure out this whole Christianity thing. So in January of 2021 I began reading the Bible cover to cover.

I read more furiously with each book and found myself deeply grieving my selfishness and iniquity. My heart began to change, and sung with the victory of Christ upon reading Romans 8:1, “There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” For the first time in my life I was born again, and in early April I finished Revelation with newfound confidence and hope. I had been redeemed and healed of suicidal thoughts, self-harm, and captivity to sin.

Now I am a living testimony to the work of Jesus Christ, as I continue to write anthems of worship and lead others through music into the ministry of the Holy Spirit. I am forever in debt to the One who has saved my life, for he who is forgiven much loves much.”
